Can I use the location for events?

Although we appreciate the enthusiasm to book the Facility for your events, we are restricted to private use only, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests within the space.

Can I use the facility for filming and photoshoots?

Yes. We operate purely for private hire and you are able to use the location for your personal content. Please contact us if you wish to discuss your requirements.

How discreet is the location?

The facility is situated behind a busy high street. The location is ideally situated for a private studio, but please be conscious of your behaviour/appearance when entering/leaving the facility so that we can remain discreet and respectful in our neighbourhood.

What is the maximum capacity?

Our standard rates operate as 3 guests for the duration of the booking, additional guests can be agreed up to 10 guests maximum.

Can I smoke inside?

We tolerate minimal smoking during play, with a smoking area designated inside. We're trying to balance your freedom to smoke during play against the lingering smell of smoke., as this can be unpleasant for other visitors and we may prohibit this in future.

Can I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking up to 1 week before the booking date, after which, the security deposit is forfeit. You may also reschedule your booking up to 3 days ahead of your booking date for a £30 fee to transfer your security deposit to the future date.

Where is Facility-X?

The nearest underground station is Edgware Road Station (5 minutes walk) or Marylebone Station (10 minutes walk).

How much noise can I make?

The Facility is situated in a mostly residential area, that being said, our soundproofing is rather good so most loud noises should be fine in the main room. Just be sure to keep internal doors closed. 

Why do you charge a deposit?

A security deposit is added to the cost of your booking as the initial payment. We charge this to protect against damage and loss, and also last minute cancellations (less than 1 week). Please allow 48 hours for your deposit to be refunded after your visit is over.

Can I pay with cash?

We currently only accept payment via credit/debit card. If you have other specific payment requirements, please get in touch before booking and we will try to assist.

What is your availability?

Booking availability on our self-serve booking page 24 hours in advance and up to 3 months ahead of the current date. Select a booking period and view the booking calendar. Times that are unavailable will not be visible on the calendar.

Can I reschedule my booking?

You can reschedule your booking up to 3 days ahead of your booking date. This can be done automatically by logging in to your online account and requesting a change of appointment.
