Book Your Stay

How to Book

A deposit is taken via credit/debit card at time of booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send an invoice for the full booking amount via email - this is separate from and not inclusive of your security deposit , which will be held for the duration of your booking.

 

Your security deposit will be refunded to your card shortly after your visit. 

Payment Methods

Your invoice will be due four days prior to your booking date and must be paid prior to 24 hours ahead of your booking, otherwise it would be deemed as a late cancellation. If your booking date falls between Saturday - Monday, we would ask that you ensure this is paid by close of business on Friday. Once paid, you will receive a full confirmation and door entry codes within 24 hours.

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Cancellations

  • Up to 1 week before booking: cancel/reschedule freely. • Less than 1 week, to 3 days before booking: the Security Deposit will be forfeit for cancellations, unless rescheduling for a £30 fee. It is possible to reschedule a maximum of 2 times from the original date, with a subsequent cancellation of a rescheduled booking forfeiting the Security Deposit. ​

  • Less than 3 days before booking: It is not possible to reschedule and the Security Deposit will be forfeit as a late cancellation.

  • Up to 1 week before booking: The Security Deposit will be refunded.

  • Deposits will be forfeited for any losses or damage during a visit. 
     

Rates

Our standard rates include up to 3 persons. Additional persons can be added after booking for £40 pp.
